Serves 6
2 large cans pinto beans
1 stick linguisa
1 chopped onion
cumin
allspice
salt (optional)
pepper
garlic powder
1. Fry linguisa and onion together, drain.
2. Add pinto beans--drain one can, use the other undrained.
3. Season with spices, and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
