Grandma Avilla's Rice Stuffing

Serves 8-10

6-8 cups cooked white rice
1 chopped onion
3-4 stalks chopped celery
pepper
salt (optional)
cumin to taste

1. Saute onion and celery in a little oil, until tender-crisp.

2. Mix all ingredients. Stuff or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
