Fresh Pasta Sauce

Serves 4

1-2 diced fresh tomatoes
fresh herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary--in any combination
1-2 cloves minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
ground black pepper to taste

1. Mix together and let rest while pasta cooks. Toss with hot, thin pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
