I. Love. Cabbage. No, seriously. I am so excited to try this.
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium head red cabbage shredded
1 small onion finely chopped
In your crockpot, combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar. Add cabbage and onion and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours

I tried making this, but accidentally left it cooking while I went to a drive-in movie double feature. By the time I realized that it was still cooking, it was far too late. Anyway, I'll be trying this one again sometime. Just remind me to set a timer!
