Sweet Potato and Pineapple Casserole

Serves 6

2-3 sweet potatoes, cooked until soft
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. Add the pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; mix well.

3. Pour into one 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
