Skip's Tuna Salad

This is a tuna salad that is heavy on the salad--lots of fruit and celery. I love it!

Serves: 16

8 cans white Albacore tuna
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 or 3 big apples, chopped
1 medium box golden raisins
cayenne, black pepper and salt to taste
1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup mustard

1. Mix all ingredients well. May be served as a salad on its own, or in a wrap or croissant sandwich.
